Beautiful place, but unfortunately the computers are not properly maintained, so the games don’t run as they should. I’m playing ranked GM (league of legends high elo) and I can’t even farm a wave. I’ve been waiting for months for this to be fixed, and it’s not just League that runs badly, other games do too. How do you have a 3090 and League doesn’t go above 100 FPS? Not only that but when I stated my complaint, the guy at the front told me “if I don’t like it, I can leave”. I do not want to speak poorly of this place, however if I state a concern, this shouldn’t be the answer. I used to love coming here but due to the poor response to my previous complaints and today’s interaction I am forced to leave this review.

Yesterday I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. To begin with, the girl working there was unprofessional and not friendly at all. The establishment is supposed to close at 4:00 AM; however, at around 3:00 AM my boyfriend wanted to use the racing machine, which he had paid extra for, and the employee refused to let him use it even though there was still an hour left before closing. Meanwhile, my brother and I were still allowed to continue playing on the PCs. This was my second time visiting this place, and I find it very disappointing and unprofessional that customers pay for services and are then denied access simply because the employee did not want to work.

I hosted a small informal birthday get together here, and the experience was fantastic! All the staff members were very helpful in setting up my account and explaining how the payment structure works. I also liked how many games were available that were not typical first-person shooters like Marvel Rivals or MOBAs like LoL. The fact that they are guest accounts for most games is great for people like me who don't want a million different accounts for games. The vibe and atmosphere was top-notch! The neon LED lights and dim room helped me focus on the PC without glaring lights. Unfortunately, I booked my get together during a Super Smash Bros Ultimate tournament, so it was quite noisy and many of the players were very loud to the point of bothering other patrons (including me). I do appreciate the staff's efforts to get them to quiet down, so it isn't the fault of the employees. Reserving PCs is pretty easy, although I wish there was a way to reserve multiple PCs on the website. Calling to reserve multiple PCs was speedy and efficient, and the owner/staff that helped me over the phone was very professional! Overall, a great place to go if you don't have a powerful gaming setup li

Awesome space with tons of racing simulators, a cool leaderboard system to try and set records, and sweet PCs for gaming. You can even get deals on gaming and racing as a bundle. Perfect to spend all day here!
